Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary

Overall Transport operation and planning.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and manage outbound activities.
- Conduct investigation for any shipment / delivery discrepancies to customer.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
- Monitor and control transporters arrangements on trucks planning and window time (frequent follow up).
- Manage outbound OT needs and staff performance.
- Plan and closely follow up with transporter to achieve delivery KPI
- Prepare and present to HOD on department KPI.(With Power point slide).
- Managing outbound related reports and data entry.
- Assist with inbound unloading & planning activities where required. 

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and transportation processes.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and warehouse management software.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
