SURVEYOR

The Surveyor is responsible for conducting accurate site measurements, establishing control points, and ensuring surveying activities meet safety, legal, and quality standards. The role plays a critical part in supporting construction works by providing precise data, maintaining instruments, and coordinating closely with the site team and management.

• Ensure all site measurements, levels, and alignments are accurate and properly documented.Establish and maintain control points and benchmarks for horizontal and vertical alignments.
• Ensure surveying works comply with safety, legal, and quality standards.
• Regularly calibrate, test, and maintain surveying instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain records, drawings, and reports of survey results.
• Collaborate with site engineers and construction teams to provide accurate data for project execution.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/management in line with the role and business requirements.

• Diploma/Degree in Geomatics, Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Surveyor in construction projects.
• Proficient in using surveying instruments (e.g., total station, GPS, auto level).
• Strong knowledge of surveying methods, calculations, and site procedures.
• Ability to interpret and work with construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong awareness of safety and compliance requirements.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
