SITE SUPERVISOR
Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing all daily activities and workers at a construction site. This includes supervising both our own workers and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Site Supervisor will provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site work and personnel, both direct workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress, resources, and project timelines to stay on schedule.
- Attend site meetings and report on progress to the Project Manager and Site Engineer.
- Ensure all safety, health, and environmental standards are followed by everyone on site.
- Identify and solve on-site issues by working with the Project Manager.
- Understand and interpret construction drawings related to your work.
- Manage materials and manpower to meet project needs.
