Senior Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on factory machinery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment reliability in compliance with QMS and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance tasks, including preventive and emergency repairs on factory machinery and equipment
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and implement effective repair solutions
- Monitor and maintain factory assets to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Identify potential equipment failures, propose preventive measures, and document findings
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety procedures and legal regulations
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field
- Understand machinery principles and capable to troubleshoot machine issue
- Knowledge in PLC and interface
- Willing to work in Bidor, Perak
