Job Responsibilities

1.      Sales and Business Development

  • Identify new sales opportunities and actively generate leads within the home appliance sector.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of home appliances.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, offering personalized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Close sales deals, negotiate terms, and follow through with contract agreements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2.      Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Offer after-sales support, including handling product issues, warranty claims, and servicing requests.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to build long-term relationships and secure repeat business.

3.      Product Knowledge and Market Insight

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in home appliances, product offerings, and competitor activities.
  • Advise customers on the best products suited to their needs, explaining technical specifications and product benefits.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for product development.

4.      Sales Administration and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, tracking progress toward sales goals and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads to sales.
  • Ensure all sales documentation, contracts, and invoices are processed efficiently.


Job Requirements

  1. Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the home appliance industry or retail sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
    • In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
