Quality Control Executive
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Test and approve new product SKU.
- Working with marketing principal and factory to monitor and maintain product quality.
- Analyse after sales support data and getting market feedback for product improvement recommendation.
- Ensure new products are compliant to specification and safety standards.
- Implement program that improve product after sales support operations.
- Product failure analysis and claims.
- Procure and set up test equipment to meet product test requirements.
- Support customer service and technician.
- To keep and manage product information database in each product life cycle for reference.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Service Manager/General Manager.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Certification in quality control or quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in quality control, testing, or quality assurance within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good knowledge of quality control processes, testing methods, and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with quality management software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
