Quality Control Executive

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Test and approve new product SKU.
  • Working with marketing principal and factory to monitor and maintain product quality.
  • Analyse after sales support data and getting market feedback for product improvement recommendation.
  • Ensure new products are compliant to specification and safety standards.
  • Implement program that improve product after sales support operations.
  • Product failure analysis and claims.
  • Procure and set up test equipment to meet product test requirements.
  • Support customer service and technician.
  • To keep and manage product information database in each product life cycle for reference.
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the Service Manager/General Manager.


Job Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Certification in quality control or quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
  2. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in quality control, testing, or quality assurance within a manufacturing or production environment.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Good knowledge of quality control processes, testing methods, and industry regulations.
    • Familiarity with quality management software and systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
