QAQC Manager

Job Summary

Prepare and develop QMS and lead the Quality Team for quality tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the company’s QMS at all levels.
  • Prepare and develop QMS written Procedures, Project Quality Plans, Safety Plan / Procedures, Environment Plan / Procedures, relevant forms, format.
  • Lead Quality Team in the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Carry out second party audit such as Factory visits, Inspections, Pre-Delivery Inspections. 
  • To ensure proper sample submissions are carried out and approved sample are properly labelled and stored appropriately.
  • Plan and carry out the scheduled internal audits.
  • Organize for periodic Management Review and ensure timely implementation / execution of the outcome. 
  • Represent and Liaison with External Partied and Third Parties on matter relating to Quality (certification bodies, authorities, consultants and clients).
  • Monitor and review day to day activities with regards to Quality and Safety. 
  • Provide recommendation and proposal for client’s representative to comment or for approval where applicable.
  • Ensure all incoming outgoing site documents are recorded and timely distributed and filed while determining personnel for such action. 
  • Ensure proper document Control System is in place and is reviewed for disposal appropriately when requirements arise.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent.
  • At least 8 – 10 years working experience in Property field.
  • Knowledge of ISOA 9001, OHSAS 18001, especially Qlassic & Conquas
  • Good Leadership, communication and negotiation skill
  • Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
