QAQC Engineer
Job Summary
The QAQC Engineer is responsible for managing quality control activities, ensuring products meet specifications, and supporting ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. This includes supervising QC staff, coordinating testing with suppliers and authorities, resolving quality issues, and maintaining documentation to support continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate, correlate, control and initiate all quality department documentation & activities to particular in-charge according to quality system of company.
- Inspect, analyze and monitor the product quality by following company specification.
- Liaise with authorities to arrange for testing.
- Ensure no shortage of quality department consumable items.
- Give routine training to quality department personnel.
- Troubleshoot problems arising during operation which will affect product quality.
- Arrange daily routine job task to quality technicians and operators.
- Optimize product recipe in terms of quality and costing.
- Arrange new raw material testing with suppliers.
- Highlight and report to quality manager on testing outcome.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Chemical/Manufacturing Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality related job tasks.
- Experience in ISO9001 AND 14001 internal / external audit.
- Preferably acquired IRCA certified lead auditor qualification for ISO 9001 and 14001.
- Willing to work in Kota Tinggi, Johor.
