QAQC Engineer

Job Summary

Oversees and ensures the implementation of QA/QC procedures and standards in construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
  • Perform regular inspections and tests on construction materials and works to verify adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions.
  • Identify, document, and address non-conformances, coordinating corrective and preventive measures effectively.
  • Plan and execute internal and external quality audits, ensuring all activities conform to established standards and procedures.
  • Assess and monitor the quality of materials supplied by vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, relevant authorities, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify areas for quality improvement and implement strategies to enhance construction processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure all QA/QC activities adhere to health and safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.

Job Requirements


  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Preferable candidate familiar with ISO Training.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards and procedures.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
