QA/QC Executive
Job Summary
Ensure product quality, drive process improvement, manage documentation, and lead QAQC activities to meet customer and company standards.
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure that all finish product & documentation delivered to customers meets requirements as specified.
2. Conduct corrective and preventive action on all customer failures.
3. Work closely with production for process improvement, conduct internal audit and perform failure analysis.
4. Define process problems that lead to quality issues, evaluate root cause, implement solutions to stabilize processes and evaluate results.
5. Responsible for the evaluating, controlling and updating of document.
6. Ensure the QAQC personnel are continuously educated, trained and developed in order to improve on their competency.
7. Perform other assigned duties by superior.
Job Requirements
1. Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent.
2. Preferably with 3 years experience in-charge of QA or QC Dept.
3. Able to conduct internal audits and knowledgeable in Construction industry
4. Authorized to decide and act within the scope in the capacity of Head of
