Production Supervisor

To oversee daily production in production floor.

• Manage production activities to meet schedules, targets, and minimize downtime.
• Guide and monitor operators, assign tasks, and ensure attendance and discipline.
• Maintain product quality and ensure work follows safety and company standards.
• Work with maintenance and engineering during breakdowns and report issues to management.
• Ensure accurate documentation of production data, attendance, and equipment usage.
• Enforce safety practices and maintain cleanliness of the production area.

• Must possess at least a SPM, Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Must be able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Serendah, Selangor.
