Process Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing and improving production processes to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and safety across the plant.

• To ensure availability of resources for efficiency of production run
• To ensure production expenditure within the budget
• Implement cost reduction activities for the operation
• Responsible for conducting stock takes and offering technical support when required
• To ensure plant safety regulations are closely observed and followed

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Process or other relevant engineering fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Willing to work in a plant environment
