Maintenance Supervisor

Safeguard ball mill operational continuity and to reduce downtime.

• Maintain smooth ball mill operations and reduce equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and handle emergency repairs.
• Manage maintenance budgets, costs, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

• Minimum SPM, Diploma with background in Mechanical, Electrical Maintenance.
• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong technical skills with knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
• Experienced in machinery maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
