General Manager, Marketing & Sales

Job Summary

To strategize, drive and implement Strategic Marketing, Sales, Branding & Corporate Communications and Customer Relationship Management plans to ensure business sustainability and growth for Property Division.

Job Responsibilities

Financial

  • Oversee and input on project sales targets, marketing, and sales strategies to ensure the achievement of sales target.
  • Responsible for budgeting, monitoring, and controlling advertising and promotion (A&P) costs, ensuring that expenditures remain within financial targets.

Customer

  • Formulate, develop and oversee the execution of marketing and sales strategies to achieve functional effectiveness while ensuring that overall business strategic objectives are met.
  • Build and nurture relationships with business partners, vendors, media, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective collaborations and brand exposure.

Internal Process

  • Provide strategic direction for product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing communication to drive sales.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of the overall company’s Branding and Corporate Communication plans (including but not limited to Media Relations & Press Interviews) to ensure impactful, purposeful, and consistent Marketing Communications.
  • Identify and coordinate the sharing of best practices, internally and externally to ensure better internal standardization and adoption of market-leading practices respectively.
  • Forecast and plan out the required manpower for the department and assign the marketing and sales staff to the appropriate projects to have optimal allocation of resources.
  • Develop processes for Customer Relationship Management to achieve customer satisfaction during vacant possession and post vacant possession.

Learning & Growth

  • Initiate and conduct technical On-Job Trainings (OJT) to foster a more knowledgeable and capable staff.
  • Knowledge sharing through insights gained from activities can be shared across teams, facilitating cross-departmental learning and collaboration.
  • Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in the relevant field with at least 3 – 5 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Able to think strategically, with good interpersonal skills, customer focus, and drive toward excellence.
