Executive (Sales & Marketing)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the building material industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of building materials to contractors, developers, architects, and distributors. This role involves developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service and business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell a wide range of building materials to existing and new customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and resellers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and promote products.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
Strong understanding of the construction market and customer needs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.
Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
