Executive – Delivery & Installation

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end order fulfilment from order placement to final installation at the retail or customer site. This role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments to achieve timely and accurate deliveries. The key responsibility is to ensure efficient scheduling, communication, and resolution of any delivery or installation issues, ensuring a seamless experience for dealers, customers, and sites.

1. Delivery & Loading Coordination

• Ensure goods are properly loaded in the correct manner and quantity.
• Coordinate and monitor transporter departures from the factory.
• Maintain and update transporter schedules with progress and completion status.




2. Communication & Issue Resolution

• Inform sales consultants and installers of any shortages.
• Follow up with detailers, purchasers, and production planners to resolve issues.
• Share updated schedules with relevant parties through appropriate communication channels.




3. Scheduling & Planning

• Plan and manage daily job schedules for subcontractors, installers, transporters, and in-house service teams.
• Schedule SRCF/job order appointments promptly based on target completion dates.
• Provide regular updates on the status of touch-up work.




4. On-Site Monitoring & Support

• Monitor arrival times at job sites and update schedules accordingly.
• Arrange floor coverings at sites prior to installation.
• Track installation progress to ensure adherence to the planned schedule.




5. Team Coordination & Compliance

• Organize and coordinate meetings with subcontractors, installers, and service teams.
• Ensure all teams comply with company rules, processes, and scheduling guidelines.




6. Claims & Documentation

• Guide subcontractors and service teams on claim submissions.
• Verify required documentation and prepare accurate claim summaries for both local and outstation work.
• Keep all schedules and records accurate and up to date.

• Effectively communicate and build strong relationships with customers, transporters & installers.
• Strong in scheduling and co-ordination skills.
• Familiar with Klang Valley route.
• Excellent interpersonal & verbal communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, independently and with the team.
