Electrical Chargeman

We're looking for a skilled an Electrician/Chargeman to be part of our team, where your technical expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring our plant operates safely, efficiently, and without interruption.

• Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical & mechanical, air-conditioning, firefighting, compressed air, refrigerator, and other mechanical & electrical appliances.
• Able to read electrical schematic drawing to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical & mechanical equipment and carry out corrective action work.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance & reactive/corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teams or subcontractors.
• Attend genset switching during power failures or equipment breakdown.
• Attend to all power, equipment, and machine failure and rectify accordingly.
• Record and take electrical reading daily, substation/MCC room inspection, prepare checklist, and shift report.
• To perform any other duty and responsibility as assigned from time to time.

• Candidate must possess a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (A1/A4).
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably technicians specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Comfortable to work on ad hoc breakdown.
• Good personal traits and characteristics, high integrity, trustworthy, reliable and honest.
