Design & Production Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design & Production Technician to support the development and manufacturing of precast concrete products. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between design intent and physical production, ensuring all outputs meet quality, safety, and project specifications. 

• Support mold setup and modification, ensuring production alignment with design specifications.
• Coordinate with fabrication, production, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure dimensional accuracy and proper product fit.
• Maintain drawing records, part libraries, and version control, ensuring all documents are up to date and accessible.
• Prepare BOMs & reports on actual material usage & wastage against BoM to every factory.

• participate in quality control, contributing to process improvements.

• Must possess at least SPM/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within precast, concrete, or construction manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or similar CAD software.
• Understanding of precast concrete production methods and materials.
• Knowledge of reinforcement detailing and mold design is an advantage. 
  
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional site visits may be required.
