Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (e.g., text, graphics, photos, videos) for social media platforms (TikTok, Xiao Hon Shu, Facebook, Instagram), websites, and other digital channels.
- Develop content ideas aligned with the brand’s voice, objectives, and audience preferences.
- Write and edit copy for posts, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and tone.
- Scheduling and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent publication and coverage of relevant topics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement content strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, content best practices, and competitor activities to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Track the performance of content and campaigns using analytics tools to understand what resonates with the audience and improve future content.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal (marketing) and external (agency) stakeholders to develop content strategies that align with business objectives, product launches, campaigns, and addresses customer pain points and needs
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Ability to adapt to different content formats (articles, videos, infographics, etc.).
- Video editing skills (preferred).
- Creativity: A passion for storytelling and creating innovative content that captivates the audience.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
