Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (e.g., text, graphics, photos, videos) for social media platforms (TikTok, Xiao Hon Shu, Facebook, Instagram), websites, and other digital channels.
  • Develop content ideas aligned with the brand’s voice, objectives, and audience preferences.
  • Write and edit copy for posts, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and tone.
  • Scheduling and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent publication and coverage of relevant topics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement content strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, content best practices, and competitor activities to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Track the performance of content and campaigns using analytics tools to understand what resonates with the audience and improve future content.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal (marketing) and external (agency) stakeholders to develop content strategies that align with business objectives, product launches, campaigns, and addresses customer pain points and needs


Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to different content formats (articles, videos, infographics, etc.).
  • Video editing skills (preferred).
  • Creativity: A passion for storytelling and creating innovative content that captivates the audience.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
