Job Summary

The Clerk is responsible for supporting daily operational and administrative functions related to processing orders and sales orders.

Job Responsibilities

SAP System Data Entry

  • Accurately input processing orders and sales orders into the SAP system.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure entries reflect actual operations.

Processing Orders and Requests

  • Assisting with placing, modifying, or canceling orders.
  • Tracking shipments and updating customers on delivery status.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to processing orders and sales orders activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. production and procurement) for document flow and follow-up.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
