Job Summary
The Clerk is responsible for supporting daily operational and administrative functions related to processing orders and sales orders.
Job Responsibilities
SAP System Data Entry
- Accurately input processing orders and sales orders into the SAP system.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure entries reflect actual operations.
Processing Orders and Requests
- Assisting with placing, modifying, or canceling orders.
- Tracking shipments and updating customers on delivery status.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to processing orders and sales orders activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. production and procurement) for document flow and follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
