BIM Modeller
Job Summary
A BIM Modeller is responsible for preparation detailed technical shop drawings for the successful construction of Starken IBS Wall Solutions. He/ she shall be able to translate the structural drawings and architectural drawings (buildings) into construction shop drawings to provide guidance to installer to complete the erection of lightweight wall panel systems.
Job Responsibilities
· Prepare detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings for the successful construction of Starken IBS Wall Solution.
· Use Revit & AutoCAD software to prepare shop drawings
· Communicate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
· Revise drawings based on feedback or design changes.
· Prepare and organise BIM training sessions for team members
· Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives.
· Assist in estimating materials and production requirements.
Job Requirements
· Diploma or certificate in Drafting (Architectural field)
· Proficiency in BIM (Revit) & AutoCAD
· One to two years working experience preferred
· Fresh graduates with internship or experience as BIM Modeller are encouraged to apply
