Application Manager
Job Summary
To
lead and improve business systems, related processes and data analytics in the
organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot ERP issues and local application issues
- Analyze associate’s needs and develop software solutions that support day to day operations, including Complex reporting needs with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements that will deliver enhanced functionality and/or simplify system administration
- Responsible for direct report’s performance and delivery by ensuring quality, policies, systems and procedures are in place and implement disciplinary measures where necessary
- Manage direct report’s on-the-job training & development needs
- Accomplishes financial goals set by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Participate in annual Disaster Recovery Simulation
- Ensure project deliverables, budget, KPI and timelines are met.
- Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnership with vendors and service suppliers
- Adherence to procurement policies at all time.
- Establish monitor and maintain service performance of the IT helpdesk system

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- IT Service Management (ITIL) certifications.
- Project Management certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP, weighbridge, supply chain, project management, online workflow, IT helpdesk solutions.
- Experience conducting requirement gathering, gap analysis, design, build, prepare test cases, conduct training and managing user acceptance test.
- Proven experience in managing internal users and external consultants (On-Shore & Off-shore).
- Experience with Business Continuity Planning, managing external auditors,
- Project Manager with 2 Full Cycle Implementations

- Excellent communicator and good listener.
- Ability to communicate and work together effectively with end user from varies ethnic and culture background.
- Proficiency in end-to-end process of design-to-delivery.
