Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice and payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of documents.
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
